Shipping & Delivery Policy

At LogoShake, we provide digital design services, which means there are no physical products shipped. All final deliverables, such as logos and mockups, are sent electronically to the customer via email.

Delivery Method

All design files are delivered digitally to the email address provided at the time of ordering. No physical items will be shipped. Please ensure your email address is accurate to avoid delays.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are based on the service package selected:

  • Basic Package ($20): Delivered within 2 business days

  • Standard Package ($30): Delivered within 2 business days

  • Premium Package ($40): Delivered within 1–2 business days

Revisions and final files will be sent after client approval of the design draft. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the responsiveness of the client during the design process.

Time Zone & Working Hours

We operate based on Central Time (CT), USA. Orders are processed and delivered during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CT). Orders placed outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming delivery of your final files. If you do not receive your files within the promised timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

Download Format

Final designs may be delivered in the following formats, depending on your package:

  • PNG

  • JPG

  • PDF

  • AI / EPS (for Premium orders)

Files are provided in high resolution, suitable for print and digital use.

Issues with Delivery

If you encounter any problems receiving your files or the files are corrupted or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resend or correct the issue free of charge.
