At LogoShake, we take pride in providing high-quality logo and mockup design services. Since our work involves custom digital products, we follow a clear and fair refund policy to protect both our clients and our business.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this refund policy.
Nature of Our Services
All our services (logo design and mockup presentation) are digital and customized. As such, once design work has begun or files have been delivered, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a payment more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your initial design concept or revision within the promised timeframe and no communication has been made, you may request a full refund.
Order Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we start working (usually within 2 hours of placing the order), a full refund can be issued.
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
If the design process has already begun (we typically start within 2–4 hours of receiving design details)
If the initial concept or draft has been delivered
If you simply change your mind after work has started
If you do not provide the necessary information or feedback required to complete the project
If you are not satisfied after receiving deliverables that match the package description and reasonable revisions have been provided
Revision Policy
Each package includes a set number of revisions:
Basic: 1 revision
Standard: 3 revisions
Premium: Unlimited revisions (within fair use)
Revisions are made based on the original brief. Major changes or complete redesigns not mentioned in the initial request are considered new work and may require an additional charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via email at logoshake8@gmail.com within 7 days of placing your order. Please include:
Your full name
Email address used for the order
Order date and description
Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with your service, we encourage you to first contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to client satisfaction and will do our best to address any concerns before a refund is considered.
Please avoid filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us, as that may delay the refund process.
